Clamping on the 20-mm hole pattern
All of these clamping tools fit directly into the hole pattern on your table via a 20 mm diameter clamping bolt. Simply insert the tool into the hole, tighten the bolt, and it will be securely held in exactly the position your workpiece needs. Because the bolt is the same size everywhere, each part can be easily moved between your tables.
Which clamp is right for which task?
- Press the workpiece onto the table from above: Vertical clamp – holds flat parts in place during drilling, milling, or grinding.
- Clamp the workpiece sideways against a stop: Horizontal clamp – applies horizontal pressure, for example against the edge of a stop.
- Fast and repeatable clamping: Eccentric clamps —secured with a lever mechanism, ideal for mass production.
- Adjustable positioning with a wide clamping range: the Bessey TW 16 screw clamp with adapter disc or the Bessey GTR 160/60 bench clamp.
- Aligning and positioning workpieces: The positioning angle and clamping angle, together with the clamping lever, provide a solid stop edge.
- Securely support long workpieces: Support rails and the set with anti-slip coating keep the material securely in place.
If you only need the connection to the perforated panel, you can also purchase the individual clamping bolt with screw or the clamping bolt with washer separately—for example, to build your own fixtures.
Can be combined with any tool
The system is intentionally open: In addition to RUWI clamps, Bessey clamps can also be used with the clamping bolts, and the tools fit any table with a 20-mm grid—not just RUWI tables, but also the Festool MFT. You can find compatible stop accessories under " Adapters and Stops."
