Brief description
The clamping bracket securely and flushly connects an aluminum profile with slot to a 20-mm hole grid table. On one side, the bracket engages with the profile groove; on the other, a clamping bolt (Ø 20 mm) fits into the hole grid. This allows you to assemble stops, supports, and custom jigs made from system profiles directly on the work surface.
The fastening uses an Allen screw: when you tighten it, wedge pieces in the bolt spread and clamp it in the bore, so it holds even under lateral load. Since the connection has a particularly flat design, it barely protrudes, and workpieces slide freely over the table without any interfering contours.
On the profile side, the angle fits item profiles (I-type) from the Series 8 in the 40-system and item-compatible profiles from other manufacturers. On the table side, the 20-mm bolt fits into any standard hole grid including the RUWI lifting table router table as the Festool MFT or the Sauter Variobench. This allows you to combine the industry standard for aluminum profiles with your existing hole-grid table.
