A. Right of Withdrawal Information
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal as follows, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (RUWI , Obercarsdorfer Strasse 10, 78737 Fluorn-Winzeln, Germany, Tel.: +49 7402 8414, Email:ruwi) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, though its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must send or hand over the goods back to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
We will bear the costs of returning goods that can normally be sent back to us by post due to their nature. You will bear the direct costs of returning goods that cannot normally be sent back to us by post due to their nature (freight goods), which are estimated at a maximum of approximately 50 Euros for each such item.
You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
