Right of withdrawal
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate transaction.
European Union – 14-day cancellation period
Regardless, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason if the item is shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or another proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (RUWI GmbH, Obercarsdorfer Strasse 10, 78737 Fluorn-Winzeln, Germany, Tel.: +49 7402 8414, Email: info@ruwi.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though this is not mandatory.
To meet the deadline for cancellation, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
We will cover the cost of returning goods that, due to their nature, can normally be sent back to us by mail. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be sent back to us by mail (freight-only items), which are estimated at a maximum of approximately 50 euros per item.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
