We have gained a lot of experience in packing our products safely and stably for transportation. That is why we use sturdy packaging and our products usually arrive undamaged. However, it is essential to check the packaging for damage when it is delivered by the shipping service provider. If damage has occurred during transportation, it is important that this is noted by the delivery person. This is because the shipping service provider will then be liable for the damage. Subsequent acknowledgement is not recognized by the shipping service provider. We have placed a note on the larger parcels that you should check the parcel for visual damage upon receipt.
