Brief description

The RUWI vertical toggle clamp adapter plate your workpiece from above—forhole grid. The round adapter plate Ø 140 mm) is secured to the grid with twoclamping bolt Ø 20 mm, hex socket screw SW 6): two anchor points keep the clamp from rotating. The plate’s elongated hole allows you to freely position the clamping point, even slightly offset.

The stroke compensation material thicknesses up to 40 mm, 35 mm of which are automatically accommodated without readjustment. With a length of 244 mm, the clamp easily extends over panels, frames, and individual parts. If you need more clamping height for particularly thick components, place the 50 × 50 adapter block underneath.

The horizontal toggle clamp adapter plate presses against a stop on the side. If you need the vertical toggle clamp adapter plate—attached directly with a clamping bolt—the vertical toggle clamp hole grid is the sleek solution; the positioning angleserves as a fixed counterholder.
