Mit dem RUWI Spannsystem Premium Set rüstest du deinen Lochrastertisch mit 20-mm-Bohrungen komplett für werkzeugloses Spannen aus. Über die sechs Klemmbolzen Ø 20 mm ankerst du Spanner und Adapterplatten in jeder Rasterbohrung; mit Waagrecht- und Senkrechtspanner (je auf runder Adapterplatte) und den vier Exzenterspannern setzt du Werkstücke von der Seite und von oben fest – Vorrichtungen entstehen, versetzen sich und verschwinden genauso schnell.

Der Baukasten im Detail: je eine runde Adapterplatte mit Waagrechtspanner (Hub 0–35 mm) und Senkrechtspanner (0–40 mm), 6 Klemmbolzen mit Scheibe, 4 Exzenterspanner mit Drehlagern, 4 offene Platten (180 × 40, mit Gewinde), 2 offene Winkel, 2 Anschlagschrauben und 2 Adapterblöcke zum Erhöhen der Spanner. Das Wandpaneel (700 × 450 mm) mit frei positionierbaren Edelstahl-Stiften hält alles griffbereit – und jede Komponente lässt sich einzeln nachbestellen.

Here's how to use it

  • Spannvorrichtungen aufbauen: Platten und Winkel definieren die Aufnahme, Spanner drücken von Seite und oben – die Vorrichtung fürs wiederkehrende Teil steht in Minuten.
  • Höhe gewinnen: die Adapterblöcke setzen Waagrecht- und Senkrechtspanner höher, wenn dicke Werkstücke es brauchen.
  • Serien takten: Exzenterhebel um, Teil sitzt – vier Exzenterspanner bestücken auch größere Aufbauten komplett.
  • Ordnung an der Wand: die verschiebbaren Stifte passen das Paneel an dein Set an – und lassen Platz für weiteres Zubehör.

Passt das zu deinem Tisch?

Das Set passt auf jeden RUWI Hubtisch und jeden Tisch im 20-mm-Standard – Festool MFT, Sauter Variobench und Eigenbauten. Die Einzelteile zeigt das Hubtisch-System; arbeitest du mit Nut-Profilen statt Lochraster, gibt es das gleiche Prinzip als Nut-Set für Schweißtische.
