Premium Clamping System Set for hole grid , Ø 20 mm

With the " RUWI " Premium Clamping System Set, you can fully equip your perforated grid table with 20-mm holes for tool-free clamping. Using the six clamping bolt Ø 20 mm, you can anchor clamps and adapter plates in any grid hole; with horizontal and vertical toggle clamp (each mounted on a round adapter plate) and the four eccentric clamps, you can secure workpieces from the side and from above—fixtures are set up, repositioned, and removed just as quickly.

The modular system in detail: one each of the round “ adapter plate ” with “ horizontal toggle clamp ” (stroke 0–35 mm) and “ vertical toggle clamp ” (0–40 mm), 6 “ clamping bolt ” with washers, 4 “ eccentric clamp ” with swivel bearings, 4 open plates (180 × 40, threaded), 2 open brackets, 2 “ stop screws ,” and 2 adapter blocks for raising the clamps. The wall panel (700 × 450 mm) with freely positionable stainless steel pins keeps everything within easy reach—and every component can be reordered individually.

Here's how to use it

• Setting up clamping fixtures: Plates and brackets define the mounting surface, and clamps apply pressure from the side and from above—the fixture for the repeatable part is set up in minutes.
• Gaining height: The adapter blocks raise the horizontal and vertical toggle clamp when thick workpieces require it.
• Batch cycling: Turn the eccentric lever, and the part is in place—four eccentric clamp machines can fully assemble even larger structures.
• Organization on the wall: the adjustable pins let you customize the panel to fit your set—and leave room for additional accessories.
