The RUWI eccentric clamp secures your workpiece to the 20-mmhole grid using an eccentric lever—a lever mechanism instead of a screw, with no tools required. You can position it freely using the plate with the slotted hole and insert it into any 20-mm hole using the clamping bolt along with the washer.

The eccentric itself is made of plastic (POM)—it clamps securely without pressing against delicate surfaces. The plate is made of galvanized steel (180 × 40 mm), the clamping bolt is made of stainless steel, and the pivot bearing (Ø 30 mm) black-oxide. This makes the clamp ideal for production runs and fixtures where many parts need to be clamped and released quickly.

Here's how to use it

  • Batch operation: Move the lever forward, the part is in place—move the lever back, next part. For repetitive workpieces, the eccentric drives each screw clamp in sequence.
  • Clamping veneer and lacquer: The POM eccentric clamp applies firm pressure without marking the surface—the workpiece is clamped directly, not on a protective backing.
  • Aligning the pressure point: The slotted hole guides the eccentric continuously to the workpiece contour, and the pivot bearing sets the angle.
  • Loading fixtures: Define a fixed clamping position within the grid—each part in the series is positioned in the same spot.

Does this go with your table?

The clamping bolt fits into any 20-mmhole grid – any RUWI lifting table , Festool MFT, Sauter Variobench, and homemade workbenches. From above, the vertical toggle clamp, and against a stop on the side horizontal toggle clamp; the positioning angle.

For welding tables with Ø-28 or Ø-16hole grid , the eccentric clamp is available for the welding table —which features a steel eccentric; additional clamping accessories are available in the lifting table system.
