Accessories

Der Klemmbolzen Ø 20 mm mit Scheibe (Ø 40 mm) befestigt Bauteile in Lochraster- und Multifunktionstischen mit 20-mm-Bohrungen. Beim Drehen der Zylinderschraube (SW 6) verspannen sich die zwei Bolzenteile fest in der Tischbohrung; die fein geriffelte Edelstahl-Oberfläche sitzt sicher und ohne Spiel. Als Punktanschlag nutzen wir ihn selbst täglich in unserer Werkstatt.

Here's how to use it

  • Bauteile ankern: Adapter, Winkel und Eigenbauten sitzen punktgenau in der Bohrung – die Scheibe verteilt den Druck auf die Plattenoberfläche.
  • Als Punktanschlag setzen: der Bolzen allein definiert einen Bezugspunkt im Raster – Werkstück anlegen, spannen, bearbeiten.
  • Spielfrei arbeiten: die Riffelung greift in der Bohrung – der Anschlag wandert nicht, auch wenn das Werkstück wiederholt dagegen stößt.

Passt das zu deinem Tisch?

Der Bolzen passt in jedes 20-mm-Raster – RUWI Hubtische, Festool MFT, Sauter Variobench und Eigenbauten. Für Metalltische gibt es die Reihe als Ø 16 (Aufspannplatten) und Ø 28 (RUWI Schweißtische); weiteres Spannzubehör zeigt das Hubtisch-System.
