There are two specific openings right now. No traditional job posting—we’ll talk first.
Development – Turning Ideas into Tools
You take on new ideas and drive them forward like a product manager: from prototype to production.
Assembly – Part-time Job
You are a carpenter and will be helping us on a part-time basis, primarily with assembly. Under your skilled hands, individual parts are transformed into a finished tool.

Whether you’re a carpenter, joiner, or work in another woodworking trade—you’ve got what it takes. We welcome people changing careers, as long as you have a professional background in woodworking and have mastered your craft at an expert level.

The workshop is open to you—even for personal use
You'll be working in a fully equipped, professional-grade woodworking shop. And you're welcome to use it for your own projects.
