The RUWI safety system provides you with a safe and precise solution for your sliding table saw. You can choose between the Premium and Classic versions - both are compatible with standard machines.
Both versions are ideal for small workpieces or difficult cuts. If you also want to clamp long workpieces directly on the sliding carriage, the premium version is ideal. It also contains:

How to use the RUWI security system
The RUWI safety system comes completely pre-assembled and can be attached and adjusted on standard sliding table saws without any tools. Simply insert the clamping cylinder with the sliding block into the groove, turn it 90 degrees and clamp it in place. The feed fence has a long sliding block that matches the groove width of your machine.
Trimming solid wood
When trimming boards or planks, you clamp a clamping cylinder onto the front of the sliding carriage and place the swivel arm on top to hold the board securely in place. At the rear, press the feed stop against the face of the board to hold it in position.
If you use the premium set, you fix the workpiece at the front and rear with one clamping cylinder and swivel arm each. In addition, mount the two narrow auxiliary stops between the clamping cylinder and sliding carriage. The holding tips provide additional safety to prevent the workpiece from slipping.
Safe sawing of small parts
Holding small workpieces close to the saw blade is a thing of the past.
Place the auxiliary fence on the sliding carriage, set the angle and distance to the saw blade and connect it firmly to the sliding carriage using the swivel arm. Then place the feed fence in the groove, align it and secure it with the clamping lever.
Mastering problematic cuts - precise bevels and angles
The RUWI safety system offers you safe solutions for difficult cuts: Thanks to the flexible feed fence and the angled auxiliary fence, you can position workpieces precisely at any desired angle.
The large adjustability of the clamping cylinder and pressure plate allows you to securely clamp a wide range of workpiece sizes. This allows you to implement exact bevels and angles with maximum precision and safety - ideal for demanding carpentry work. The quick and tool-free assembly allows you to flexibly adjust all components and work efficiently.
Clamping long workpieces directly on the sliding carriage (Premium)
With the premium version of the RUWI safety system, you can clamp long workpieces safely and precisely directly on the sliding carriage. The additional swivel clamp and the narrow auxiliary fence allow you flexible fixing - without any risk. You can turn and clamp the boards as required to achieve the perfect cut.
Clamping cylinder
The clamping cylinder can be attached anywhere in the groove of the sliding carriage without tools. Thanks to its large adjustment range, you can mount it flexibly - even at an angle or in combination with other devices. Together with the swivel arm, you can securely fix components without having to hold them by hand. This allows you to work efficiently and safely.
Feed stop
With the feed fence, you can clamp workpieces safely against the auxiliary fence - and your fingers stay out of the danger zone. The handle with guide slot nut is inserted into the slot from above. Once positioned, you can move it linearly and adjust the distance and angle to the saw blade precisely using the clamping lever.
Pressure plate
The pressure plate adapts flexibly to the shape and size of your workpiece thanks to the ball joint and rubber support. You can even work on uneven parts safely. The plate is simply pressed against the workpiece and reliably holds it in place for precise cuts. The ball joint allows it to be aligned in any direction - the rubber pad protects your material from damage.
Swivel arm
The swivel arm consists of a handle with spindle and the rubberized pressure plate. It is attached to the clamping cylinder and can be rotated 360 degrees for ideal positioning. You then place the pressure piece on your workpiece and clamp it with the ergonomic handle. This means you no longer need to hold the workpiece by hand when sawing.
Wall panel
The wall panel keeps your workshop tidy. The powder-coated metal holder is mounted next to your sliding table saw and provides space for all RUWI system components. The hooks and brackets keep everything neatly organized and within easy reach - so you can save time searching and stay focused on your work.
Auxiliary stop angled
The angled auxiliary fence helps you to securely fix components on the sliding carriage. You mount it with the clamping cylinder and can flexibly adjust the angle and distance to the saw blade - individually thanks to the slotted hole. The rubber edge on the long side provides additional grip and prevents your workpieces from slipping.
Safety note
The two narrow auxiliary stops included in the Premium set are ideal for trimming or ripping long workpieces. You can fix them to the sliding carriage without tools using the clamping cylinders. The screwed-in holding tips provide extra safety - your workpiece remains securely in position, even when making demanding cuts.
