The RUWI router table Classic Bestseller Package is the best-selling router table model—the RUWI router table Classic—which comes factory-equipped with the two items that almost everyone orders anyway: a fine-tuning mechanism and a stop ruler. You’ll receive the table fully assembled, instead of having to put it together yourself.

The fine-tuning mechanism adjusts the cutter height with repeatable accuracy down to a tenth of a millimeter—which makes all the difference when it comes to fits, profile transitions, and anywhere else where two workpieces need to sit flush with each other later on. The guide rail gives your workpieces a consistent, repeatable edge: slots — you can use it to mill grooves, rebates, and spacing uniformly one after another, without having to measure each time. Together, these two features are what turn the router table into a precise tool for high-volume production.

The base model is the tried-and-true Classic: three 1,050-watt motors on a 640 × 500 mm table surface, speed range ( continuously ) from 8,000 to 25,000 rpm with soft start, inrush current limiting , and constant speed under load. Three tools can be clamped simultaneously—you can switch between work steps without having to retool. Steel spindle with a return thread to prevent dust ingress; tools up to Ø 40 mm; dual extraction above and below the tabletop (Ø 120 mm). GS-certified (DGUV Test), tested for wood dust, developed and manufactured in Germany.

Here's how to use it

• Three processing steps with no setup time: rounding, chamfering, and slots —the tools remain clamped in place, and the workpiece moves from spindle to spindle.
• slots and reproduce folds: the guide rail provides a fixed reference edge—each component runs along the same edge without the need for remeasuring.
• Achieve fits accurate to a tenth: With fine adjustment, profile transitions and flush joints are perfect the first time—no need to mill test pieces to gradually arrive at the correct dimensions.
• Flush and copy milling: veneered panels, overhangs, and shaped parts made using a template.
• Supplementing the CNC: Finishing operations and small-batch production are done manually while the CNC is in operation.

The table measures 640 × 500 mm with a height of 910 mm working height and rolls on four castors with brakes—91 kg that roll into place and then remain stationary. Exhaust connection Ø 120 mm; the fine-adjustment feature included in the package consists of one spindle; additional spindles can be retrofitted individually.

If you don't need those two extras (yet), the RUWI router table Classic is also available in its basic version—you can upgrade at any time. The Basic model is ideal for getting started with a single spindle; the Classic Performance is for higher motor power; and the Premium is for five to ten spindles.
