Shipping regions
We deliver within Germany and the EU.
Shipping service provider
- DPD or DHL: For smaller tools, delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days. After shipping, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Freight forwarding company (Schenker): For larger tools, delivery takes just a few business days. Upon request, you can arrange a customized delivery date with the freight forwarding company.
Shipping costs
- For orders over 100 € we deliver to Germany free of charge
- For orders under €100: A flat shipping fee of €5 applies within Germany. Shipping to the EU is calculated individually in the shopping cart, depending on the shipping weight and size.
Delivery time
Our standard delivery time is 3–5 business days. For freight forwarding, delivery dates can be arranged individually.
