Shipping Terms

Shipping Regions

We ship within Germany and to the EU.

Shipping Service Provider

• DPD or DHL: For smaller tools with a delivery time of about 3–5 business days. Once the item has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
• Shipping Company (Schenker): For larger tools, delivery takes only a few business days. Upon request, you can arrange a custom delivery date with the shipping company.

Shipping Costs

• For orders of €100 or more, we offer free shipping to Germany
• Under €100: A flat shipping fee of €5 applies within Germany. For shipments to the EU, shipping costs are calculated individually in the shopping cart based on the weight and size of the order.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is 3–5 business days. For freight shipping, delivery dates can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
