Shipping Terms

Shipping regions

We deliver within Germany and to the EU.

Shipping providers

DPD or DHL: For smaller tools with a delivery time of about 3–5 business days. After shipping, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
Freight forwarder (Schenker): For larger tools with a delivery time of just a few business days. If you want, you can arrange an individual delivery date with the freight forwarder.

Shipping costs

We deliver to Germany without shipping costs for orders over 100 €.
For orders under 100 €: A flat shipping fee of 5 € applies within Germany. For deliveries to the EU, we calculate shipping individually in the shopping cart based on the shipping weight and size.

Delivery time

Our standard delivery time is 3–5 business days. For freight forwarding, delivery dates can be arranged individually.
