RUWI router table

Brief description

The RUWI router table is the entry-level model in the router table—featuring a 1,050-watt router motor, manufactured in Germany, on a compact table surface measuring 520 × 430 mm. Designed for woodworking shops with limited space, for self-employed professionals who want to start with a single spindle and expand later, and for pros who need a portable router for construction sites and installation jobs.

The motor is permanently mounted—not a handheld router that can get jammed, but a continuous-duty router motor designed for workshop use. You can continuously adjust the speed continuously 8,000 to 25,000 rpm, with soft start constant speed under load. The steel spindle (Ø 22 mm) runs on dual ball bearings; a counter-rotating return thread keeps dust out of the bearings. tool diameter Ø 43 mm,collet 8 mm, tool change from above. GS-certified (DGUV test) and tested for wood dust. The dual dust extraction system above and below the tabletop (connection Ø 120 mm) is RUWI on RUWI , not an optional extra.

What makes the Basic special is its mobility: Instead of four castors on the larger models, it has two transport wheels in the back. You tilt the table backward and roll it like a hand truck—through doors, up and down stairs, to the construction site, and back to the workshop. With net weight 57 kg, you net weight this on your own. If you want to expand the Basic later, you can add modular accessories: a stop ruler, table extension or fine adjustment —all from the same system.
