Drei Werkzeuge, kein Umrüsten

Werkzeugwechsel sind der Zeitfresser an jeder Oberfräse. Du fräst eine Kante bündig, brauchst dann den Abrundfräser, danach noch den Nutfräser – und jedes Mal heißt es ausspannen, einspannen, einstellen, probieren. Der RUWI Frästisch Classic löst das mit einem einfachen Prinzip: drei Oberfräsenmotoren auf einem Tisch, jeder mit einem fest eingespannten Werkzeug. Eins fertig, weiterschieben, weiter geht's.

At the Schwarzwälder woodworking shop in Königsfeld —a family-run business since 1928—there’s a Classic in the workshop, used, among other things, for post-CNC finishing.

Wer nur eine Spindel braucht, ist mit dem RUWI Frästisch Basic besser dran. Wer fünf bis zehn Spindeln will, schaut auf den RUWI Frästisch Premium. Wer Fräser mit größeren Schäften einsetzt, findet im RUWI Frästisch Classic Performance die stärkere Variante mit 1.600-Watt-Motoren für Werkzeuge bis Ø 55 mm.   • Edge and profile work on furniture parts, doors, stairs, and solid wood elements

  • Supplement to the CNC router for post-processing and special cuts that are not cost-effective on the CNC
