RUWI router table

Brief description

The RUWI router table is the flagship model in the router table—featuring five router motors on a 1,070 × 500 mm table surface, with modular expandability to up to ten motors. This allows you to complete in a single machine what would otherwise require multiple routing passes or setup cycles. If you regularly need five or more different tools to be ready for use at all times—for example, for producing series of profiles, furniture parts, or industrial manufacturing—this is the right choice for you.

Five router motors, each with 1,050 watts, manufactured in Germany. You can continuously adjust the speed continuously 8,000 to 25,000 rpm, with soft start inrush current limiting. The steel spindle (Ø 22 mm) with a return thread keeps dust out of the bearings, while the double-bearing design ensures smooth, quiet operation; tool diameter Ø 43 mm. Table size: 1,070 × 500 mm at working height 910 mm working height the larger surface area ensures clean processing even for long workpieces and sheet material. GS-certified (DGUV test) and tested for wood dust. The dual dust extraction system above and below the table top (connection Ø 120 mm) is RUWI on RUWI , not an optional feature.

What's special about the Premium is its modular expandability. Mounting points and sockets for five more drive units are prepared ex works. If your business grows or you add a new profile, you can retrofit an additional spindle – no new machine, no conversion needed. This lets you plan with investment security: today five tools on demand, maybe eight in two years, and ten in five.
