RUWI Fine-Tuning for router table (Retrofit Kit)

RUWI 's fine-tuning system upgrades your router table's height adjustment to allow for adjustments accurate to a tenth of a millimeter. Using a stainless steel knob with a fine thread and a laser-etched 1/10-mm scale, you can finely adjust the router height—for precise slots, grooves, and profiles, and for consistent dimensions in production runs.

You don't have to upgrade every spindle: Often, a single drive unit with fine adjustment is sufficient for operations where precision down to a tenth matters—the remaining spindles can stay as they are.

Here's how to use it

• slot and adjust the rebate to the correct dimensions: Measure the test cut, adjust the difference on the scale, and finish milling—instead of trial and error.
• Reproducing series: The scale value can be noted—the same setting will produce the same profile next week.
• Adjusting drawer fronts and frames: Correct fits to the nearest tenth without losing the spindle's default setting.

Does this go with your router table?

The retrofit kit is compatible with the RUWI router tables Basic, Classic, and Premium models manufactured starting in October 2024—you’ll need one kit per spindle. Older tables cannot be retrofitted on-site: Send us your table, and we’ll install the fine-tuning mechanism in our workshop. On therouter table Classic Performance, the fine-tuning mechanism is installed as standard on all three spindles, so no retrofit is necessary.
