The idea behind it

This sturdy base frame the ideal foundation if you want to build your own tabletop. We’ve intentionally included through-holes at the top—so you can easily and securely screw your tabletop in place. Anyone who’s ever used a good lifting table the workshop knows why it’s indispensable.

Das RUWI Hubtisch-Untergestell 300 ist die Basis für alle, die ihren Arbeitsplatz selbst bauen: ein höhenverstellbares Scherengestell ohne Tischplatte, auf das du deine eigene Platte schraubst. Die geschweißte Vierkantrohr-Konstruktion trägt bis 300 kg bei 75 kg Eigengewicht; der Rahmen misst 110 × 64 cm.

Die Höhe läuft stufenlos von 43 bis 103 cm über die hydraulische Fußpumpe – kräfteschonend auch unter Last, ohne Stromanschluss. Vier feststellbare Vollgummi-Lenkrollen (Ø 100 mm) machen das Gestell wendig und lassen es trotzdem sicher stehen. Die Hydraulik ist reparierbar, Ersatzteile liegen ab Lager, die Fußpumpe ist in Deutschland gefertigt – anders als bei günstigen Hubtischen, die man im Defektfall ersetzt.

Here's how to use it

  • Eigene Platte aufsetzen: Multiplex, Siebdruck oder die vorhandene Werkbankplatte – über die Durchgangslöcher im Rahmen stabil verschraubt; Material, Größe und Oberfläche bestimmst du.
  • Sonderkonstruktionen bauen: Maschinenaufnahme, Spannvorrichtung oder Bearbeitungsplatz – das Gestell übernimmt Hub und Mobilität, den Rest baust du nach deinem Bedarf.
  • Als Materialwagen fahren: bis 300 kg rollen durch die Werkstatt – heben entfällt, die Hydraulik übernimmt.
  • Bestehende Arbeitsplätze ergänzen: die 43 bis 103 cm stellen jede Aufgabe auf Arbeitshöhe – als rollende Erweiterung neben Hobelbank oder Maschine.

Passt das zu deiner Werkstatt?

Das Untergestell 300 ist die kompakte Ausführung; für Türen und ganze Maschinenmontagen gibt es das längere Untergestell 300 XL, für Akku-Hub statt Fußpumpe das Untergestell 400 XL Akku.

Wenn du nicht selbst bauen willst, musst du das auch nicht: Das fertige RUWI Tischoberteil Basic oder das ausziehbare RUWI Tischoberteil Classic passen direkt aufs Untergestell – oder du nimmst gleich den kompletten RUWI Hubtisch Basic beziehungsweise RUWI Hubtisch Classic als fertiges Paket.
