The idea behind it

Big projects need a big platform. When you want to set up a spacious workbench, compact solutions often aren’t enough. That’s why we rely on thebase frames. The battery-powered version even has a load capacity of 400 kg. For everyone who works with heavy workpieces every day, we wanted to provide added convenience: electric height adjustment via foot switch, so your hands stay free. The CAS battery system uses existing batteries from the workshop—without any additional investment.

Brief description

The RUWI lifting table XL Akku is the electromechanical version of the XL series: Instead of pumping with your foot, you adjust the height using two foot switch leaving your hands free. This allows you to raise loads of up to 400 kg to the appropriate working height, continuously 690 to 1,035 mm.

The table works wirelessly with 18-volt batteries from the CAS system (Cordless Alliance System) – compatible with batteries from Metabo, Mafell, Lamello, and other CAS partners. This way, you use the batteries you already have in your workshop, without extra investment. If a battery runs out, you just swap it and keep working – no cable, no waiting for an outlet. The battery and charger are not included – you can get the matching CAS battery and charger separately.

The work surface measures 1,440 × 770 mm. Four castors the table mobile—two with brakes and two with directional brakes, so it can be pushed in a straight line and stands securely.

The top surface is left blank—you can build whatever you need on it, such as a perforated panel. With a pre-made XL-sized panel, the table is available as lifting table RUWI lifting table 400 XL.
