That’s why we rely on thebase frames a stable foundation for all projects where load capacity and work surface area matter. We deliberately chose the hydraulic system—it’s proven, requires no electricity, and operates reliably for years. For us, it’s the ideal entry point into the XL class, without compromising on stability.

Das RUWI Hubtisch-Untergestell 300 XL ist die Basis, wenn du in der Werkstatt regelmäßig schwere Werkstücke auf Arbeitshöhe bringen willst. Die geschweißte Scherenkonstruktion aus Vierkant-Rohr trägt bis zu 300 kg und fährt über die hydraulische Fußpumpe stufenlos von 43 bis 103 cm – bedienbar von beiden Seiten, ganz ohne Stromanschluss.

Die Plattform ist bewusst neutral gehalten: vorgebohrte Aufnahmen nehmen eine eigene oder zugekaufte Tischplatte auf – eine Lochrasterplatte, eine Spannvorrichtung oder ein kompletter Bearbeitungsplatz. Vier feststellbare, kugelgelagerte Vollgummi-Lenkrollen (Ø 100 mm) machen die 108 kg Eigengewicht beweglich; die Hydraulik ist reparierbar, die Fußpumpe in Deutschland gefertigt.

A height-adjustable workstation is not a luxury in a professional workshop – it's a prerequisite for ensuring even the twelfth cabinet of the day is built cleanly.

Here's how to use it

  • Eigene Aufbauten setzen: Lochrasterplatte, Spannvorrichtung oder Sonderaufbau auf die vorgebohrten Aufnahmen schrauben – das Untergestell wird zum Bearbeitungsplatz nach deinem Zuschnitt.
  • Schwere Bauteile auf Arbeitshöhe bringen: Korpusse, Türen und Maschinen per Fußpumpe heben statt von Hand – der Rücken bleibt aus dem Spiel, die Hände bleiben am Werkstück.
  • Montage, Verleimung, Fertigstellung: die Höhe wandert mit dem Arbeitsschritt – Zulage unten ansetzen, Beschlag oben montieren, ohne Bücken oder Podest.
  • Als mobile Werkbank: Werkstück aufnehmen, Rollen lösen, an die Maschine fahren, Rollen feststellen – bis 300 kg wandern durch die Werkstatt.

Passt das zu deiner Werkstatt?

Das XL-Untergestell ist die lange Ausführung für Türen, große Korpusse und ganze Maschinenmontagen; geliefert wird es zum Selbstaufbau. Passende Auflagen, Spanner und Platten findest du im Hubtisch-Zubehör.

Willst du nicht selbst aufbauen, nimmst du den RUWI Hubtisch Classic 300 XL – dasselbe Untergestell komplett mit Tischplatte. Braucht deine Werkstatt weniger Fläche, reicht das kompaktere Untergestell 300; für Akku-Hub statt Fußpumpe gibt es das Untergestell 400 XL Akku.
