The idea behind it

From our experience as woodworkers, we know that routing a slot chamfer parallel to a curved contour used to be a tricky task. We wanted a solution that’s as flexible as our customers’ creative ideas. With the curved guide, you can router table this on any inner or outer radius right at router table —without templates, without complicated auxiliary structures, simply by continuously adjusting the curve.

Brief description

With the RUWI , you can mill profiles, slots chamfers parallel to a curved contour—on both inner and outer radii—without a template or auxiliary structure. You continuously the curve continuously and guide the workpiece along the curved stop edge. This allows you to create round tabletops, curved furniture parts, or contoured seats with clean, uniform edges. The curved guide is mounted on the stop rail and can be used on any drive spindle by sliding it sideways.

Important when ordering: The curved guide only works in combination with the RUWI —so you'll need to either already have one or order it along with this item. It fits all router table: Basic, Classic, Classic Performance, and Premium.
