The idea behind it

We know from our experience as carpenters: Milling a groove or cove parallel to a round contour used to be a tricky business. We wanted a solution that was as flexible as our customers' creative ideas. With the curved ruler, this can be achieved on any inner or outer radii directly on the routing table - without templates, without complicated auxiliary constructions, simply by continuously adjusting the curve.

Brief description

With the RUWI curved ruler, you can mill profiles, grooves, and chamfers parallel to a curved contour—on both inner and outer radii—without a template or auxiliary jig. You can adjust the curve continuously and guide the workpiece along the curved stop edge. This allows you to create round tabletops, curved furniture parts, or curved seats with clean, even edges. The curved guide is mounted on the stop guide and can be used on any drive spindle by sliding it sideways.

Important when ordering: The curved guide rail only works in combination with the RUWI stop rail —so you’ll need to either already have one or order it along with this item. It fits all router table models: Basic, Classic, Classic Performance, and Premium.
