Flush cutter with indexable inserts and guide bearing

Brief description

The flush-milling cutter trims protruding edges flush with a reference surface—whether you’re copying a template or flush-milling edge banding and veneer overhangs. Instead of brazed-on cutting edges, it features two carbide indexable inserts: When one edge becomes dull, simply rotate the insert 180° to reveal a fresh edge. If both sides are worn, replace the insert—no need to send it to a sharpening service, no downtime.

The guide ball bearing (19 mm diameter) is designed to match the cutting path and guides the router bit along an edge or template. The cutter is double-edged, clockwise-rotating, with a 19 mm outer diameter and a 30 mm cutting length—enough for thicker workpieces in a single pass. The 8 mm shank fits in hand-held routers, bench routers, and the RUWI router table.

The large 19-mm head delivers high cutting speed and a clean cut—especially on straight and wide contours. It is too large for tight inner radii; for those, use the flush cutter with a smaller guide bearing (Ø 9.5 mm).
