Accessories

The RUWI router table, rated at 1,050 watts, is the original motor installed in all standard models of the RUWI router table—Basic, Classic, and Premium. It can be used as a replacement for a motor that has reached the end of its service life after years of workshop use, or as an additional drive unit if you’re expanding your table.

1.050 Watt an 230 V mit stufenloser Drehzahlregelung von 8.000 bis 25.000 U/min. Die Drehzahl bleibt unter Last konstant – das ist es, was beim Profilfräsen den Unterschied macht: keine Drehzahleinbrüche, keine Brandspuren, sauberer Schnitt. Sanftanlauf mit Anlaufstrombegrenzung, Stahlspindel auf doppelter Kugellagerung mit Rückfördergewinde gegen Staub. Standard-Spannzange Ø 8 mm (alternativ 6 / 6,35 / 9,5 / 10 mm), Werkzeuge bis Ø 40 mm. Der Spannhals misst Ø 43 mm – das gängige Standardmaß für Oberfräsenmotoren. Bei 2,38 kg Eigengewicht und 81 dB(A) Schalldruckpegel läuft er auf Dauerbetrieb ausgelegt; gefertigt in Deutschland.

Here's how to use it

  • Verschlissenen Motor tauschen: der Original-Motor kommt an die Stelle des alten – der Tisch bleibt, nur der Antrieb ist neu.
  • Den Tisch erweitern: eine zusätzliche Spindel rüsten, wenn das nächste Werkzeug dauerhaft gebraucht wird.
  • Eigene Frässtationen bauen: der Ø-43-Spannhals passt in Standardaufnahmen für Oberfräsenmotoren – für Sonderkonstruktionen und Prototypen.
  • Profilfräsen unter Last: die Regelelektronik hält die Drehzahl beim Bündigfräsen, an Kantenprofilen und Nutverbindungen – in Holz, Kunststoff und Verbundwerkstoffen.

Passt das zu deinem Frästisch?

Der Motor passt in den RUWI Frästisch Basic, Classic und Premium. Eine ehrliche Grenze: Für den Classic Performance ist er nicht gedacht – dessen 1.600-Watt-Motor ist ein eigener Typ.

Als Verschleißteil gibt es den Ersatzkohle-Satz; muss der Motor nicht ersetzt, sondern instandgesetzt werden, gibt es die Motor-Reparatur als Service.
