RUWI lifting table Premium Table Top without Drawer

This RUWI tabletop is a perforated panel with a second fold-out panel—it uses the same folding mechanism as the RUWI lifting table Premium, but here it’s a separate tabletop without a drawer. When folded down, the work surface measures 1,200 × 800 mm; if you need more space, you can fold up the second perforated panel tool-free in seconds to expand the surface to 1,600 × 1,200 mm—a continuous clamping surface that can support even large and bulky components. If you don’t need the full surface, simply fold it back down to save space.

Both halves of the panel feature the “ hole grid ” with a 20-mm diameter in a 96-mm grid—96 holes when folded, 192 across the full surface; plus a side clamping profile (56 cm) for rail clamps. The panel is made of multiplex with an HPL coating on both sides—scratch-resistant, moisture-resistant, and tension-balanced, ensuring it remains flat. Glue does not adhere to HPL; cured residue flakes off: also suitable as a gluing substrate. Manufactured in Germany, approx. 41 kg.

Here's how to use it

• Space as needed: Fold out the tabletop for cabinetry and laminating projects, fold it back for day-to-day work—the workshop dictates the space, and the tabletop adapts.
• Stretch it across the entire surface: 192 holes accommodate bolts, clamps, and quick-release fasteners—even on the unfolded half.
• Clamping from the side: The 56-cm clamping profile accommodates rail clamps such as the Bessey GTR—workpieces are secured from above and along the edge.
• Gluing without a backing: Glue droplets simply roll off the HPL surface—the panel remains a work surface, so no newspaper is needed.

Does this go with your base frame?

The tabletop fits on the RUWI lifting table -base frame and other compatible bases; the grid follows the 20-mm standard, so accessories from Festool MFT, Sauter Variobench, and other 20-mm tables are compatible.
