RUWI Table Top: HPL Perforated Panel, Swivel, with Drawer

Brief description

This tabletop with a drawer is a perforated panel with a second panel that folds up—featuring the same swivel mechanism as the RUWI Premium lift table, but here as a separate tabletop with storage space. When folded down, the work surface measures 1,200 × 800 mm. If you need more space, you can flip up the second perforated panel in seconds without tools, expanding the surface to 1,600 × 1,200 mm—a continuous clamping surface that can support even large and bulky components. When the full surface isn’t needed, simply fold the panel back down to save space.

The removable drawer under the worktop keeps the small parts of the 20-mm system within easy reach—clamping bolts, bench hooks, clamping brackets, and quick-release clamps are right where you need them when changing setups. Both table top halves feature a 20 mm hole pattern on a 96 mm grid—96 holes per 1,200 × 800 mm section, 192 across the entire surface. This means you can clamp across the entire unfolded surface. The panel is made of multiplex with HPL coating on both sides – scratch-resistant, moisture-resistant, and tension-balanced by the double-sided coating, ensuring it remains flat. Glue does not adhere to HPL, and cured residue flakes off: also suitable as a gluing surface. The grid follows the established 20-mm standard, so accessories from Festool MFT, Sauter Variobench, or other 20-mm tables fit.

The panel sits on the RUWI lift table base and can also be mounted on other compatible bases. The complete table, featuring this swivel panel and clamping system package, is available as the RUWI Lift Table Premium. If you don’t need a drawer, the same panel is available as a swivel perforated panel without a drawer.
