Brief description

The RUWI vertical clamp with adapter plate secures your workpiece from above on the drill table—a toggle-lever clamp for the RUWI groove clamping system. Using two eccentric quick-release clamps (Ø 30 mm), you can insert it into the groove and align it without tools. The round adapter plate with slotted holes allows you to position the pressure spindle freely.

The automatic adjustment of up to 40 mm adapts to varying material thicknesses without requiring any readjustment; when opened, the arm retracts 35 mm to release the workpiece. The clamping range is 14 mm, and the length is 244 mm.

The clamp is designed for groove widths of 8 to 10 mm and fits directly into the groove clamping system of the drill table. It also fits RUWI welding tables with grooves and other grooved tables of this size. You can find an overview of the tables under RUWI Drilling Tables. For tables with a 20-mm hole pattern instead of a groove, there is a vertical clamp with an adapter plate for the 20-mm hole pattern.
