Der RUWI Senkrechtspanner mit Adapterplatte hält dein Werkstück von oben fest – die verdrehsichere Ausführung fürs 20-mm-Lochraster. Die runde Adapterplatte (Ø 140 mm) ankert mit zwei Edelstahl-Klemmbolzen (Ø 20 mm, Inbusschraube SW 6) im Raster: Zwei Verankerungspunkte halten den Spanner in Position, auch wenn seitliche Kräfte am Arm wirken. Über das Langloch der Platte positionierst du den Druckpunkt frei zwischen den Rasterbohrungen.

Der Hubausgleich nimmt Materialstärken bis 40 mm auf, 35 mm davon automatisch ohne Nachstellen. Mit 244 mm Länge reicht der Spanner bequem über Platten, Rahmen und Einzelteile; für besonders dicke Bauteile unterlegst du den Adapterblock 50 × 50 und gewinnst Spannhöhe.

Here's how to use it

  • Beim Fräsen und Bohren niederhalten: das Werkstück liegt fest, beide Hände bleiben an Maschine und Führung – die Zwei-Punkt-Verankerung hält auch, wenn das Werkstück am Arm zieht.
  • Druckpunkt frei setzen: das Langloch schiebt den Spanner stufenlos zwischen zwei Rasterlöcher – der Druck sitzt auf der Leimfuge oder Bohrstelle, nicht daneben.
  • Serien ohne Nachstellen: die 35 mm automatischer Hubausgleich nehmen wechselnde Materialstärken auf – Hebel öffnen, Teil wechseln, Hebel schließen.
  • Dicke Bauteile spannen: mit untergelegtem Adapterblock wächst die Spannhöhe – Balken und Aufbauten bleiben im Griff.

Passt das zu deinem Tisch?

Die zwei Klemmbolzen passen in jedes 20-mm-Lochraster – jeden RUWI Hubtisch, Festool MFT, Sauter Variobench und Eigenbauten. Seitlich drückt der Waagrechtspanner mit Adapterplatte; reicht ein einzelner Verankerungspunkt, ist der Senkrechtspanner mit einem Klemmbolzen die schlankere Lösung. Als fester Gegenhalter dient der Positionswinkel.
