Der RUWI Waagrechtspanner mit Adapterplatte und Schnellspannern drückt dein Werkstück waagrecht gegen einen Anschlag oder ein zweites Werkstück – seitlich auf dem Bohrtisch, etwa für Stirnbohrungen an Leisten und schmalen Möbelteilen. Über zwei Exzenter-Schnellspanner (Ø 30 mm) setzt du ihn werkzeuglos in die Nut; die runde Adapterplatte (Ø 140 mm) mit Langlöchern lässt dich den Druckpunkt frei positionieren.

Der stufenlose Hubausgleich von bis zu 35 mm nimmt wechselnde Materialstärken auf; beim Öffnen fährt der Spanner automatisch 13 mm zurück und gibt das Werkstück frei. Die Exzenter-Schnellspanner klemmen mit 14 mm Spannbereich in Nutbreiten von 8 bis 10 mm – Hebel umlegen statt schrauben.

Here's how to use it

  • Stirnbohrungen an Leisten: das schmale Teil steht gegen den Anschlag gedrückt, die Bohrmaschine trifft die Stirnseite – ohne dass eine Hand am Werkstück hält.
  • Lochreihen durchtakten: Hebel öffnen, 13 mm automatischer Rückhub, Teil versetzen, Hebel schließen – die Lochreihe läuft ohne Nachjustieren durch.
  • Druckpunkt frei setzen: die Langlöcher der Adapterplatte schieben den Spanner stufenlos an die Werkstückkontur – der Druck sitzt, wo er hingehört.
  • Werkzeuglos umsetzen: beide Exzenter lösen, Spanner an die nächste Nutposition, Exzenter schließen – Rüstwerkzeug bleibt in der Schublade.

Passt das zu deinem Tisch?

Der Spanner ist für Nutbreiten von 8 bis 10 mm gemacht: das Nut-Spannsystem der RUWI Bohrtische (Basic, Classic, Premium), RUWI Schweißtische mit Nut und andere Nutentische in diesem Maß. Von oben hält der Senkrechtspanner mit Adapterplatte; für Tische mit 20-mm-Lochraster statt Nut gibt es den Waagrechtspanner fürs 20-mm-Lochraster.
