Brief description

The RUWI horizontal clamp with adapter plate presses your workpiece horizontally against a stop or a second workpiece—positioned to the side on the drill table, for example, for face drilling on narrow parts such as moldings or furniture components. You can install it into the groove tool-free using two eccentric quick-release clamps (Ø 30 mm). The round adapter plate (Ø 140 mm) with slotted holes allows you to position the clamp freely.

The infinitely variable adjustment of up to 35 mm compensates for variations in material thickness; when opened, the clamp automatically retracts 13 mm and releases the workpiece. The clamping range is 14 mm, and the length is 253 mm.

The clamp is designed for groove widths of 8 to 10 mm and fits directly into the groove clamping system of the drill table; it also fits RUWI welding tables with grooves and other grooved tables of this size. The vertical clamp is secured from above using an adapter plate. You can find an overview of the tables under RUWI drill tables. For tables with a 20-mm hole pattern instead of a groove, the horizontal clamp with an adapter plate for the 20-mm hole pattern is available.
