The idea behind it

With large or heavy workpieces that are clamped at the side, the weight hangs on the lift table and can become unstable in extreme cases. With the workpiece supports, the weight is safely transferred to the floor - and when they are not needed, they can be quickly folded inwards with a flick of the wrist. It was important to us to develop a standardized, uncomplicated solution for all of our lift tables.

Brief description

RUWI workpiece supports come as a set of two and are designed to support large workpieces, which you secure to the sides of your lift table’s clamping profile. Otherwise, a long or heavy part would hang over the edge of the table and could tip it over—the lowerable support roller absorbs this weight and safely transfers it to the floor. This keeps the table stable, allowing you to work with greater peace of mind.

If you don't need the support, simply slide the roller up, secure it with the clamping lever, and flip the support pad inward—no tools required. The powder-coated steel frame with rubber pads can support up to 100 kg when the support roller is lowered, distributed across both pads.

These supports are compatible with the Basic lift table with side clamping profile as well as the Classic series (Classic, Classic 300 XL, and Classic 400 XL Battery). You can find an overview of all models under RUWI lift tables.

Possible applications

Support large workpieces that are secured laterally in the clamping profile—the weight is transferred to the floor via the support roller
Prevent tipping moments on the lift table and work more smoothly with long or heavy parts
Lower the support roller to provide support; push it up and secure it with the locking lever when not in use
Hang it up without tools and move it to the inside
For the Basic lift table with side clamping profile, as well as the Classic, Classic 300 XL, and Classic 400 XL battery-powered models
