The idea behind it

With large or heavy workpieces that are clamped on the sides, the weight rests on lifting table , in extreme cases, can become unstable. The workpiece supports safely transfer the weight to the floor—and when they’re not needed, they can be quickly folded inward with a single motion. It was important to us to develop a uniform, straightforward solution for all of our lifting tables.

Die RUWI Werkstückauflagen kommen als Paar und stützen große Werkstücke ab, die du seitlich im Spannprofil deines Hubtischs fixierst. Ein langes oder schweres Teil hängt sonst mit seinem Hebel am Tisch und kann ihn aus dem Gleichgewicht bringen – die absenkbare Stützrolle fängt dieses Gewicht ab und leitet es auf den Boden. Der Tisch bleibt stabil, du arbeitest ruhiger.

Brauchst du die Abstützung nicht, schiebst du die Rolle nach oben, fixierst sie mit dem Klemmhebel und hängst die Auflage werkzeuglos nach innen um – ein Handgriff, kein Werkzeug. Die pulverbeschichtete Stahlkonstruktion (275 × 250 × 48 mm je Element) mit Gummiauflage trägt bei abgesenkten Stützrollen bis zu 100 kg, verteilt auf beide Auflagen.

Here's how to use it

  • Lange Teile seitlich spannen: Tür oder Bohle hängt im Spannprofil, die Stützrollen tragen das überstehende Gewicht – kein Kippmoment am Tisch, keine zweite Person am Ende.
  • Zwischen den Aufgaben wechseln: Rolle hoch, Klemmhebel zu, Auflage nach innen umhängen – der Tisch ist in Sekunden wieder frei für Flächenarbeit.
  • Empfindliche Kanten schonen: die Gummiauflage trägt das Werkstück, ohne Furnier oder lackierte Flächen zu zeichnen.
