The idea behind it

The Classic 300 XL lift table is the big brother, so to speak, of our tried and tested Classic model.
It was developed from the requirements of our own workshop.
Some workpieces simply need more space. Be it when gluing large panels, assembling or clamping over the table edges.
That's why we have significantly extended the work surface while retaining the stability, well thought-out design and familiar versatility.

Brief description

The RUWI Classic 300 XL lifting table is the large version of the Classic—a mobile, height-adjustable assembly and clamping table designed for long workpieces, large panels, and heavy assemblies weighing up to 300 kg. The multiplex work surface, with HPL coating on both sides, measures 200 × 100 cm and can be extended to 270 × 100 cm using two pull-out extensions at the front.

Using the 20-mm hole pattern (96 × 96 mm grid), you can freely secure workpieces to the surface with clamps, clamping bolts, stops, and support rails. You can adjust the height hydraulically using a foot pump manufactured in Germany, with a continuous range from 47 to 106.5 cm—operable from both sides, with a stroke of 595 mm. Four swivel casters make the table mobile and stable: two with parking brakes, two with directional locks.

Possible applications

Glue and assemble large panels and long workpieces on a 200 × 100 cm surface; extend to 270 × 100 cm if necessary
Clamp workpieces using the 20-mm hole pattern (clamps, clamping bolts, stops)
Adjust the working height continuously from 47 to 106.5 cm to suit the task—whether sitting or standing
Support heavy assemblies weighing up to 300 kg and raise them to working height
