The idea behind it

The lifting table Classic 300 XL is, so to speak, the big brother of our tried-and-true Classic model.
It was developed to meet the needs of our own workshop.
Some workpieces simply need more space—whether for gluing large panels, assembling parts, or clamping workpieces over the table edges.
That’s why we’ve significantly expanded the work surface while maintaining stability, a well-thought-out design, and the versatility you’ve come to expect.

The RUWI lifting table Classic 300 XL is the large version of the Classic—a mobile, height-adjustable assembly and clamping table for long workpieces, large panels, and heavy assemblies weighing up to 300 kg. The multiplex work surface, with HPL coating on both sides, measures 200 × 100 cm and can be extended to 270 × 100 cm using two pull-out extensions at the front.

Using the CNC-milled 20-mmhole grid (96-mm dimension), you can securely clamp workpieces to the surface using clamps, clamping bolts, stops, and support rails ; the clamping profiles on both sides (2 × 100 cm) accommodate rail clamps such as the Bessey GTR for side clamping. You can adjust the height hydraulically continuously from 47 to 106.5 cm—using two foot pumps on the long sides, operable from both sides, without a power connection; the hydraulics, manufactured in Germany, are repairable. Four castors make the 165 kg workbench mobile: two with full-lock casters, two with directional-lock casters.

Here's how to use it

  • Gluing whole panels: The 200 × 100 cm size accommodates the full panel format—when extended to 270 cm, it can also hold doors and long planks entirely; place the clamps across the grid.
  • Pump from both sides: the two foot pumps on the long sides lift the load from the side you're currently standing on—no need to walk around the table.
  • Clamping from above and from the side: clamps in the hole grid, clamps in the side profiles—the workpiece is secured in both directions.
  • Work while sitting or standing: the continuously adjustable height range of 47 to 106.5 cm lets you set the work surface to your height—mount fittings at the top, do precision work at the bottom.
  • Straight-line maneuvering: The two directional locks guide the table in a straight line through narrow aisles—the full-lock mechanism secures it in place.

The 300 XL is the XL table that requires no electricity or battery—the foot pump lifts effortlessly even under heavy loads. If you frequently make major adjustments or use CAS batteries, the RUWI lifting table Classic 400 XL battery-powered model with electric adjustment and a 400 kg capacity load capacity is the alternative.
