That’s why we’ve taken our tried-and-true lifting table Classic to the next level. The new lifting table runs on a rechargeable battery, offers even more work surface, and remains just as flexible.
As usual, screw clamps and accessories can be quickly and easily secured to the profiles.

The RUWI lifting table Classic 400 XL Akku is the battery-powered XL version of the Classic—a mobile assembly and clamping table with a large work surface and electric height adjustment. The multiplex tabletop, with HPL coating on both sides, measures 200 × 100 cm and can be extended to 270 × 100 cm using two pull-out extensions on the front.

You can adjust the height electromechanically using foot switch continuously from 71.5 to 106 cm—cordless, with an operating noise level of just 50 dB. The base frame supports up to 400 kg. Using the CNC-milled 20-mmhole grid (96-mm dimension), you can clamp workpieces freely on the surface; using the clamping profiles on both sides (2 × 100 cm), you can additionally clamp from the side with Bessey GTR and identical clamps. Four castors make the 165 kg table mobile—two with full-lock casters, two with directional locks for straight-line movement.

The tool runs on an 18-volt battery from the CAS platform, which is used by Metabo, Mafell, and Lamello, among others. The battery and charger are not included—if you already have CAS batteries in use, you can use them right away. Otherwise, the compatible CAS battery and the ASC 55 charger are included.

Here's how to use it

  • Laying full-size panels: 200 × 100 cm panels fit the full panel size—when extended to 270 cm, they can also accommodate doors and long planks entirely.
  • Adjusting under load: Place your foot on the switch, and the table moves electrically—both hands remain on the workpiece, even when 400 kg are resting on it.
  • Quiet operation: 50 dB operating noise—the table moves without interrupting conversations in the workshop.
  • Clamping from above and from the side: clamps in the hole grid, clamps in the side profiles—the workpiece is secured in both directions.
  • Straight-line maneuvering: The two directional locks guide the table in a straight line through narrow aisles—the full-lock mechanism secures it in place.

The battery-powered drive is worth it when adjustments are made frequently and under load—and where CAS batteries are already in use.
