Brief description

The RUWI side clamping profile is a 1,200 mm long aluminum profile that you can retrofit into the side groove of your RUWI Lift Table Basic using the three slotted nuts included. This adds a clamping edge to the side of the table, allowing you to secure workpieces along the edge. Other tables with a compatible groove profile can also be extended in this way. Steel end caps close off the ends of the profile.

Slide guide rail clamps and lever clamps into the profile groove to secure workpieces to the edge of the table—handy for sawing, planing, sanding, and routing tasks where you’re working along the edge. The profile is compatible with standard rail clamps such as Bessey GTR, Festool FSZ, OPO OK Line, Makita, and similar models.

This profile is primarily designed for the RUWI Basic lifting table —the Classic and Premium models come with clamping profiles installed at the factory. The recommended clamp for this is the Bessey GTR all-steel table clamp. You can find additional clamping accessories in the lifting table system.

Possible applications

Secure workpieces along the edge of the table—for sawing, planing, sanding, and routing
Retrofitting the RUWI Basic Lifting Table with a clamping edge
Insert the guide rail and lever clamps (Bessey GTR, Festool FSZ, OPO OK Line, Makita)
Can also be mounted on other tables with a groove profile (such as Minitec, Item, Festool MFT)
