With the RUWI positioning angle , you can create an adjustable stop on your perforated grid table. Using the two slotted holes, you can move the stop horizontally and vertically and then lock it in place—together with the clamping bolt with washer, the angle bracket fits into any grid position with a Ø20 hole.

The open angle measures 80 × 40 × 60 mm and is made of galvanized steel. Insert the stainless steelclamping bolt through the slotted hole into the grid hole; the burnished stop screw serves as a fixed, finely adjustable reference point for the workpiece.

Here's how to use it

  • As a fixed stop: the workpiece rests against the angle bracket, while vertical or horizontal toggle clamp press against it from the other side—it cannot shift during machining.
  • Positioning parts in a series: Once the angle is set to the correct measurement, each part is positioned in the same spot—align, machine, next part.
  • Align the stop in two axes: the slotted holes shift the contact point horizontally and vertically—the stop screw brings it to the exact measurement.
  • Building Your Own Jigs: Defining multiple angles within a grid creates a mounting surface—for recurring parts made of wood and metal.

Back pressure is provided by vertical toggle clamp and horizontal toggle clamp for the 20-mm grid; the lifting table system offers additional clamping accessories.
