Accessories

The " RUWI " set adds two support rails (75 cm each) to your table extension , thereby increasing the usable work surface. The rails are made of anodized aluminum with an adhesive anti-slip coating that holds workpieces in place—often eliminating the need for additional clamping devices.

The rails are secured with four clamping brackets, which you tighten using a knurled knob tool-free into the slots of the table extension . You can move them continuously, reposition them, or remove them—all without any tools.

Here's how to use it

  • Rails become a support surface: two rails placed crosswise on the extension can also support narrow parts and small-batch production runs that would otherwise sag between a single support.
  • Sanding without a clamp: The workpiece rests on the non-slip surface and stays in place due to friction—simply flip it over and continue sanding without having to re-clamp it.
  • Position the support points on the workpiece: the clamping brackets slide the rails continuously to where the part needs support—just in front of the cut line, under the gluing surface.
  • Adjustment in seconds: Loosen the knurled knob, reposition or remove the rail—the extension is immediately ready for long boards again.
