The RUWI table extension Systainer Set holds two RUWI table extensions for the Mafell Erika in a Systainer³ SYS3 XXL 237—complete with an organizational insert where everything has its place. This way, you can take the support surface with you to the job site and set it up again in minutes.

Each extension is 77 cm long and 150 mm wide; the foldable support leg can be adjusted tool-free to a height of 66 to 106 cm. It is mounted tool-free on the Erika’s surrounding dovetail profiles—you can place multiple extensions side by side or one behind the other, without any additional accessories, until the support matches the length of the workpiece.

Here's how to use it

  • Setting up the worksite: Take the Systainer out of the van, attach the extensions to the Erika, adjust the height so it’s flush—the cutting station is ready before the materials are even unloaded.
  • Cutting long workpieces: Place the boards and strips of panel material in front of and behind the saw blade—guide them rather than holding them.
  • Extending the shelf: When used together, both extensions can also support doors and long strips—side by side for width, one behind the other for length.
  • Pack it away again: Fold up the support legs , place it in the organizer insert, close the lid—nothing rattles, and nothing is missing when you use it next time.

Does this go with your Erika?

The extensions clip onto the dovetail profile of the Mafell Erika 70 and 85 at tool-free . Regarding the model options: The Classic model includes a Systainer, an organizational insert, and the two extensions; the Premium version adds two “ support rails ” (75 cm, anodized aluminum with bonded anti-slip coating) and four clamping brackets with knurled knobs—ensuring workpieces rest securely without slipping, and the insert holds up to six rails for later removal.

Individual table extensions for the Erika and the support rails set are also available separately; on other machines and tables, the extension fits using the mounting adapter.
