Abrasive belt holder, Ø 15 mm, height 30 mm, shank 6 mm

Brief description

The sanding belt holder is a slotted holder (15 mm diameter) onto which you attach a sanding belt. It allows you to cleanly sand small internal radii, drill holes, and cutouts—in places where a sanding block cannot reach. With the sanding belt attached, the working diameter is approximately 18 mm, and the smallest internal radius is around R9.

Clamp the holder onto its shaft (6 mm diameter) in the RUWI router table, a hand-held router, or any machine equipped with a 6 mm collet. The 15 mm diameter sanding belt is a consumable part and is not included—when it wears out, simply replace it with a new one. For larger radii, the 30 mm diameter sanding belt holder is available.

Possible applications

• Re-grinding small inner radii, holes, and cutouts – starting at approximately R9
• Fine finishing of small workpieces, such as in model making and furniture construction
• Snap-on, replaceable sanding belt – simply swap out the worn belt
• For RUWI router tables, hand routers, and any machine with a 6-mm collet
