Brief description

The sanding belt holder is a slotted holder (Ø 30 mm) onto which you slide a sanding belt sleeve. This allows you to cleanly sand inner radii, drill holes, and cutouts. With the sleeve in place, you’re working with a diameter of about 33 mm; the smallest inner radius is approximately R16.5.

Clamp the holder onto its shaft (6 mm diameter) in the RUWI router table, a hand-held router, or any machine with a 6-mm collet. The 30 mm diameter sanding belt sleeve is a consumable part and is not included—it is available in 50-grit for coarse sanding and 80-grit for finer sanding. For smaller radii, the Ø 15 sanding belt holder is available.

If the shank fits into the router table, you'll need the appropriate 6-mm collet. You can find more router bits in the RUWI router bit selection.

• Regrinding inner radii, bores, and cutouts – starting at approximately R16.5
• Sanding belt sleeve in 50-grit (coarse) or 80-grit (finer) – depending on the sanding job
