Our commitment to the Black Forest – tree planting campaign

Together with the local community of Fluorn-Winzeln and the local kindergarten, we have planted 450 trees in the region. We would like to involve our customers and partners in the campaign. Each new order in the online shop is assigned to a tree.

Rooted in our region

We made a conscious decision to have a local tree planting campaign.

We wanted to actively participate in the campaign and get our hands dirty ourselves. At the same time, it was important to us to bring the importance of environmental protection and sustainability closer to the children from the kindergarten.

We want to contribute to protecting and preserving nature in our area.

Our team consists of wood professionals and we deal with machines, tools and mechanical solutions for wood professionals.

How did the tree planting campaign go?

Together with the responsible forester and the kindergarten, we initiated a tree planting campaign. This idea arose from an idea to get more involved in the region.

Which trees were planted?

Various climate resilient trees have been planted such as Douglas firs, cherries, Lebanon cedars, Atlas cedars, sweet chestnuts and hazel trees.

How was the tree planting funded?

As a company, we paid for the tree seedlings and the protective fences.

Where are the trees planted?

The trees are in the community forest of the municipality of Fluorn-Winzeln. A clearing was planted which was destroyed by tree pests.

How many trees are planted for each order?

A tree is planted for every order in our online shop. This means that every purchase makes a contribution to protecting the environment.

How long does it take for the trees to fully grow?

Growing time varies by tree species and location, but it can take several decades for trees to reach their maximum size. However, it is important to emphasize that every tree planted has an immediate positive impact on the environment by absorbing CO2 and producing clean air.

Can I support the tree planting campaign without buying anything?

Yes. We are happy to establish contact with the forest professionals in our region.
