RUWI lifting table Premium Table Top

The RUWI Premium Table Top is a perforated panel with a fold-out second panel and a drawer—it features the same folding mechanism as the RUWI lifting table Premium, but here as a separate table top with storage space. When folded down, the work surface measures 1,200 × 800 mm; if you need more space, you can flip up the second perforated panel tool-free in seconds to expand the surface to 1,600 × 1,200 mm—a continuous clamping surface that can support even large and bulky components.

The removable drawer under the worktop keeps the small parts of the 20-mm system within easy reach— clamping bolt, bench hooks, clamping brackets, and quick-release clamps are right where you need them when changing setups. Both table top halves feature the hole grid Ø 20 mm in a 96-mm grid—96 holes when folded down, 192 across the full surface; plus the side clamping profile for rail clamps. The panel is made of multiplex with an HPL coating on both sides: scratch-resistant, moisture-resistant, and tension-balanced—and glue does not adhere to it; cured residue simply flakes off. Manufactured in Germany, approx. 50 kg.

Here's how to use it

• Space as needed: Fold out the panel for cabinet bodies and gluing, fold it back for day-to-day use—192 drill holes when you need them, half the space when you don't.
• Clamping without moving: Remove the clamps from the drawer, insert them into the next hole, and continue—since the drawer is removable, it moves along with the workpiece.
• Side clamping: The clamping profile accommodates rail clamps such as the Bessey GTR—workpieces are secured from above and along the edge.
• Gluing without a backing: Drops of glue bounce off the HPL surface—the panel remains a work surface.

Does this go with your base frame?

The tabletop fits on the RUWI lifting table -base frame and other compatible bases; the grid follows the 20-mm standard, so accessories from Festool MFT, Sauter Variobench, and other 20-mm tables are compatible. The complete table with hydraulics is available as theRUWI lifting table Premium. If you don’t need storage space, the same tabletop is available as a Premium tabletop without a drawer; fixed-surface options include the Basic with a drawer and the extendable Classic tabletop. Accessories are available through the lifting table system.
