The idea behind it

The tabletop can also be mounted on lifting table from other manufacturers. Even on larger lifting tables, you can install the tabletop with a drawer across it—or even two side by side. This way, you’ll always have a drawer within easy reach on the side, along with a sturdy work surface.

Das RUWI Tischoberteil Basic mit Schubkasten ist eine Arbeits- und Spannfläche mit 1.200 × 800 mm und 96 gefasten Bohrungen Ø 20 mm – dieselbe Platte wie das Tischoberteil Basic, hier mit Schubkasten und Stauraum direkt darunter. So liegen Spannmittel und Werkzeug griffbereit unter der Arbeitsfläche, statt am anderen Ende der Werkstatt.

Das 20-mm-Lochraster lebt von seinem Zubehör: Klemmbolzen, Bankhaken, Klemmwinkel und Schnellspanner setzt du an jede Rasterposition – liegen diese Teile im Schubkasten, sind sie beim Umspannen sofort zur Hand. Die Platte ist Multiplex mit beidseitiger HPL-Beschichtung: kratzfest, feuchtigkeitsbeständig, spannungsausgeglichen, sodass sie plan bleibt – und Leim haftet nicht darauf, ausgehärtete Reste platzen ab. In Deutschland gefertigt, ca. 23 kg.

Here's how to use it

  • Umspannen ohne Wege: Spanner raus aus dem Schubkasten, in die nächste Bohrung, weiter – das Zubehör wohnt direkt unter dem Raster, das es braucht.
  • Verleimen und montieren: die HPL-Fläche ist die saubere Unterlage – Leimtropfen platzen nach dem Aushärten ab.
  • Zwei Platten, große Fläche: auf größeren Hubtischen liegt die Platte auch quer – zwei nebeneinander ergeben eine durchgehende Arbeitsfläche mit Schublade an jeder Seite.
  • Eigenbauten aufwerten: auf Gestellen anderer Hersteller und Werkbank-Eigenbauten wird die Platte zur Spannstation mit eingebautem Stauraum.

Passt das zu deinem Untergestell?

Die Platte sitzt auf dem RUWI Hubtisch-Untergestell und auf Gestellen anderer Hersteller; das Raster folgt dem 20-mm-Standard, sodass Zubehör von Festool MFT, Sauter Variobench und anderen 20-mm-Tischen passt. Brauchst du den Stauraum nicht, ist die Lochrasterplatte Basic die schlanke Wahl; mehr Länge bringt die ausziehbare Classic-Platte, die aufklappbare Doppelfläche das Tischoberteil Premium. Zubehör zeigt das Hubtisch-System.
