Der Kunststoffeinlegering ist das Verschleißteil im Deckel der RUWI Frästische Basic, Classic und Premium: Du drückst den Ring – Ø 46 mm, aus zerspanbarem PE – per Presspassung in die Deckelöffnung, ganz ohne Schrauben. Beim ersten Hochfahren arbeitet der Fräser die Öffnung auf seinen eigenen Außendurchmesser aus – der Spalt zwischen Deckel und Werkzeug geht auf null. Das Prinzip kennst du von der Einlegeplatte an der Tischkreissäge.

Das bringt zwei Dinge im Werkstattalltag: Kleine und schmale Werkstücke können nicht mehr in den Spalt kippen oder verkanten – mehr Sicherheit und sauberere Kanten an der Frässtelle. Und weil um den Fräser kaum Freiraum bleibt, zieht die Absaugung genau dort besser.

Here's how to use it

  • Filigrane Teile fräsen: Leisten und Kleinteile laufen über die geschlossene Fläche – nichts taucht in den Spalt, die Kante reißt nicht aus.
  • Je Fräser ein Ring: für die gängigen Werkzeuge liegt je ein ausgefräster Ring im Schrank – eindrücken, und der Nullspalt passt sofort wieder.
  • Tauschen ohne Werkzeug: alten Ring heraus, neuen eingedrückt – bei diesem Preis gehört der Ring auf jede Nachbestellliste.

Der Ring passt in die Deckel von Basic, Classic und Premium. Für den Classic Performance nimmst du den Einlegering Performance (Ø 85 mm) – die beiden sind nicht untereinander tauschbar.
