Der Klemmbolzen Ø 28 mm mit passender Scheibe (Ø 40 mm) befestigt Adapterplatten, Winkel und Platten mit Gewinde in Lochrasterplatten mit 28-mm-Bohrungen. Beim Anziehen der verzinkten Zylinderschraube (SW 6) verspannt sich der brünierte Stahlbolzen fest in der Bohrung – die Klemmtechnik schont dabei die Bohrungswand, statt sich hineinzuschneiden. Wie die gesamte RUWI Steel Line kommt der Bolzen aus deutscher Fertigung.

Here's how to use it

  • Vorrichtungen ankern: Winkel und Adapterplatten sitzen punktgenau in der Bohrung – die Spannlage steht dort, wo die Naht sie braucht.
  • Wiederholgenau aufbauen: derselbe Bolzen in derselben Bohrung ergibt dieselbe Position – Serienteile spannen sich ohne neues Ausrichten.
  • Als Punktanschlag setzen: der Bolzen allein definiert einen Bezugspunkt im Raster – Werkstück anlegen, spannen, heften.

Passt das zu deinem Tisch?

Der Bolzen passt in 28-mm-Bohrungen – auf den RUWI Tischen sind das Schweißtisch Hubtisch und Beintisch mit Lochplatte Ø 28 sowie das Oberteil einzeln. Für 16- und 20-mm-Raster gibt es den Klemmbolzen mit Scheibe in Ø 16 und Ø 20; die Spanner dazu zeigt die Übersicht Zwingen, Senkrecht- und Waagrechtspanner.
