RUWI Welding Table Top 1200 × 800 mm, Perforated Plate Ø 28 mm

Brief description

The RUWI welding table top is the Ø28 hole-patterned plate sold separately—the work surface of RUWI welding tables, without the base frame. The plate measures 1,200 × 800 mm and is a 4 mm-thick steel plate with a phosphated surface: It withstands welding heat and spatter, is rust-protected, and provides good adhesion for the weld metal. The sides are chamfered so you can clamp workpieces from the side; a bolted stiffening cage with welded corners keeps the plate flat.

The top section is designed for businesses that already have a base frame or are building their own solution. When placed on the RUWI lift table base, it becomes a height-adjustable welding lift table. If you need the finished table, the same top is available as a complete mobile welding lift table (46–106 cm, casters) or as a stable welding table with legs (up to 500 kg).

The Ø 28 hole pattern is compatible with RUWI welding clamping technology: TW16 screw clamp, Ø 28 Vario clamping bolts, as well as vertical and horizontal clamps with Ø 16 and Ø 28 clamping bolts. For a complete overview of clamping devices and other tables, see the RUWI welding tables.
