Here's what's included
• 1 × welding table perforated panel, Ø 28 mm
The RUWI welding table top panel is the Ø-28 perforated grid plate sold separately—the work surface of the RUWI welding tables , without base frame, for shops that already have a base frame or are building their own solution. The plate measures 1,200 × 800 mm: 4 mm-thick steel with a phosphated surface—it withstands welding heat and spatter, is rust-protected, and provides good adhesion for weld metal. The sides are chamfered so you can clamp workpieces from the side as well; a bolted stiffening cage with welded corners keeps the plate flat. net weight approx. 47 kg.
Here's how to use it
- Turn the woodenlifting table into the welding table : by attaching the RUWI lifting table -base frame , the panel becomes a height-adjustable weldinglifting table – a base frame, two uses.
- Convert existing tables: The tabletop replaces a worn-out surface or turns a sturdy homemade frame into a fully functional clamping table.
- Clamp all around: The Ø-28 grid accommodates clamps, clamping bolts, and tensioners at any position—even in the middle of the panel, where there is no table edge.
- Side clamps: The beveled sides provide the contact surface for classic clamps—tension is applied from above and from the edge.
Does this go with your base frame?
On the RUWI lifting table - base frame, the tabletop rests directly on the frame; custom frames must support the 47 kg plus the weight of the workpiece. The finished table is available as a mobile welding table lifting table (46–106 cm, casters, up to 300 kg) or as a stable welding table table with legs (up to 500 kg).
The Ø-28-hole grid is compatible with the RUWI welding clamping system: TW 16 screw clamp, Ø 28 Vario clamping bolt, vertical and horizontal toggle clamp as well as the eccentric clamp; the RUWI welding tables.
