Der RUWI Hubtisch Classic 400 XL Akku ist die akkubetriebene XL-Ausführung des Classic – ein fahrbarer Montage- und Spanntisch mit großer Arbeitsfläche und elektrischer Höhenverstellung. Die Platte aus Multiplex mit beidseitiger HPL-Beschichtung misst 200 × 100 cm und lässt sich über zwei stirnseitige Auszüge auf 270 × 100 cm erweitern.

Die Höhe verstellst du elektromechanisch per Fußschalter stufenlos von 71,5 bis 106 cm – ohne Kabel, mit nur 50 dB Betriebsgeräusch. Das Untergestell trägt bis 400 kg. Über das CNC-gefräste 20-mm-Lochraster (96-mm-Maß) spannst du Werkstücke frei auf der Fläche, über die beidseitigen Spannprofile (2 × 100 cm) zusätzlich mit Bessey GTR und baugleichen Zwingen von der Seite. Vier Lenkrollen machen die 165 kg fahrbar – zwei mit Komplettfeststeller, zwei mit Richtungsfeststeller für die gerade Fahrt.

The drive runs on an 18-volt battery from the CAS platform, which Metabo, Mafell, and Lamello, among others, use. The battery and charger are not included – if you already have CAS batteries, you can use them right away. Otherwise, you can get the matching CAS battery and the ASC 55 charger.

Here's how to use it

  • Ganze Platten auflegen: 200 × 100 cm nehmen das volle Plattenformat auf – ausgezogen tragen 270 cm auch Türen und lange Bohlen komplett.
  • Unter Last verstellen: Fuß auf den Schalter, der Tisch fährt elektrisch – beide Hände bleiben am Werkstück, auch wenn 400 kg aufliegen.
  • Leise arbeiten: 50 dB Betriebsgeräusch – der Tisch fährt, ohne dass das Gespräch in der Werkstatt abbricht.
  • Von oben und von der Seite spannen: Spanner im Lochraster, Zwingen in den Seitenprofilen – das Werkstück ist in beiden Richtungen fixiert.
  • Geradeaus rangieren: die zwei Richtungsfeststeller führen den Tisch spurtreu durch schmale Gänge – die Komplettfeststeller setzen ihn fest.

Passt das zu deiner Werkstatt?

Der Akku-Antrieb lohnt sich, wo oft und unter Last verstellt wird – und wo schon CAS-Akkus im Einsatz sind. Eine ehrliche Einordnung: Dieselbe Fläche mit hydraulischer Fußpumpe statt Akku gibt es als RUWI Hubtisch Classic 300 XL – ohne Akku-Bedarf, dafür mit 300 kg Traglast.
