The idea behind it

The standard height adjustment on our router tables more than sufficient for most projects—that was important to us from the very beginning. But for some routing operations, you sometimes just need that extra tenth of a millimeter of precision. That’s why we developed the fine-tuning feature—initially for new tables and now also as a retrofit kit. Often, equipping just one or a few drive units with this feature is enough to make the difference between “good enough” and “perfect.”

Die RUWI Feineinstellung rüstet die Höhenverstellung deines Frästischs auf zehntelmillimetergenaues Zustellen um. Über einen Edelstahlknopf mit Feingewinde und gelaserter 1/10-mm-Skala stellst du die Fräserhöhe fein nach – für passgenaue Nuten, Falze und Profile und für reproduzierbare Maße in der Serie.

Du musst nicht jede Spindel aufrüsten: Oft reicht eine einzelne Antriebseinheit mit Feineinstellung für die Arbeitsgänge, bei denen es aufs Zehntel ankommt – die übrigen Spindeln bleiben, wie sie sind.

Here's how to use it

  • Nut und Falz ans Maß bringen: Probeschnitt messen, Differenz an der Skala zustellen, fertig fräsen – statt sich in mehreren Versuchen heranzutasten.
  • Serien reproduzieren: der Skalenwert ist notierbar – dieselbe Einstellung liefert nächste Woche dasselbe Profil.
  • Schubladenfronten und Rahmen anpassen: Passungen im Zehntelbereich korrigieren, ohne die Grundeinstellung der Spindel zu verlieren.

Passt das zu deinem Frästisch?

Der Nachrüstsatz passt an die RUWI Frästische Basic, Classic und Premium aus Produktion ab Oktober 2024 – je Spindel brauchst du einen Satz. Ältere Tische lassen sich nicht vor Ort umrüsten: Schick uns deinen Tisch ein, dann bauen wir die Feineinstellung in unserer Werkstatt ein. Beim Frästisch Classic Performance ist die Feineinstellung serienmäßig an allen drei Spindeln verbaut, dort ist keine Nachrüstung nötig.
