Der Splitterschutz liegt im RUWI Bohrtisch unter der Bohrstelle. Wenn der Bohrer durch das Werkstück tritt, stützt er die Austrittskante ab – die Bohrung tritt ausrissfrei aus – und schützt zugleich die Bohrerspitze, weil sie nicht auf die Stahlplatte trifft. Eine eingefräste Nulllinie hilft dir, die Bohrstelle auszurichten.

Das gefälzte Planboard sitzt bündig in der Vertiefung des Tisches und lässt sich ohne Werkzeug herausnehmen. Als Verschleißteil ist es auf Tausch ausgelegt: erst drehen und die zweite Seite nutzen, dann wechseln.

Here's how to use it

  • Durchgangsbohrungen ohne Ausriss: das Planboard stützt die Fasern an der Austrittskante – die Rückseite bleibt sauber, ohne Opferholz unterzulegen.
  • Bohrstelle ausrichten: die eingefräste Nulllinie gibt dir die Mitte vor – Anriss am Werkstück und Linie zur Deckung bringen, bohren.
  • Verschleiß managen: ist eine Seite zerbohrt, drehst du das Board und nutzt die zweite – am besten liegt ein Ersatz im Schrank, der Wechsel dauert Sekunden.
