Accessories

The RUWI welding table slot lifting table is a height-adjustable welding and assembly table with a 1,200 × 800 mm steel top that is 4 mm thick. Using the continuous 10-mmslots , you can secure workpieces with standard clamping tools so that nothing slips during welding or tack welding—the clamps slide into the slot to any position, rather than being restricted to fixed holes. The plate is phosphated: This keeps rust and wear away from the work surface and provides good adhesion for the weld metal.

The table is available at RUWI lifting table -base frame: Using the hydraulic foot pump, you can adjust the working height continuously from 46 to 106 cm; the table lowers evenly regardless of the load. The base frame supports up to 300 kg, and the total weight is approximately 121 kg. The hydraulic system is repairable, and replacement parts are always available—the steel top and base frame come as a set, so you receive the complete table.

Here's how to use it

  • continuously Instead of clamping into the grid: the clamp slides into the slot with millimeter precision to the joint—no need to move from hole to hole; the position is exactly right.
  • Welding at working height : the seam comes to you, not you to the seam—weld the root pass while seated, the cap pass while standing, with a continuously between 46 and 106 cm.
  • Continue using your existing clamping tools: the 10-mmslot accommodates standard groove clamps—whatever you have in your drawer will still work.
  • Rolling through the workshop: on the “ castors ,” the table rolls to the assembly area and locks into place as soon as the brakes engage.

The clamping system set for the slot —welding table —includes the appropriate clamping accessories: six quick-release clamps, eccentric clamp and adapter plates, all designed for the slot 8 to 10.
