Brief description

The sanding belt is the abrasive for the Ø 30 sanding belt carrier – it's the sleeve that does the material removal. You slide it onto the Ø 30 sanding belt carrier; together, you can sand larger internal radii, bores, and cutouts from about R16.5. If the sleeve is worn, you just slide on a new one.

The belt is made of abrasive cloth, spirally wound onto a fabric, with regular aluminum oxide as the grit. It's available in grits 50, 80, and 150 – covering everything from coarse material removal to finer surface sanding. You can use it to work on wood and wood-based materials, as well as aluminum, steel, and plastic.

The band works best in the RUWI router table because the speed can be adjusted there; the holder requires a collet for this. The band height is 30 mm, which matches the holder.
