Miniature chamfer cutter 45° fixed tipped with ø5mm thrust bearing

Brief description

The miniature chamfering bit creates a 45° chamfer on edges—to round off sharp edges and create clean chamfers on solid wood, wood-based materials, and coated panels. Its contact ring measures just 5 mm in diameter, allowing you to reach tight inner radii and corners where a standard chamfering bit with a larger bearing would get stuck and leave a mark. With a 10 mm head and a 5 mm cutting length, it remains small and maneuverable.

The cutter is made of solid carbide and is right-handed. Its shank has a diameter of 6 mm—for use in the RUWI router table and in router machines, you will need the 6-mm collet (item no. 30400). Unlike an indexable insert router bit, it has a fixed insert; when it becomes dull, it is sent for regrinding.
