The idea behind it

This adapter block was created because there are always situations in which your horizontal or vertical clamp needs a little more height. The block made of high-quality aluminum measures 50 x 50 mm with a height of 12 mm and can be easily screwed onto our round adapter plate - we have already pre-assembled the screws to prevent loss. If you stack several adapter blocks on top of each other, you gain another 12 mm height per block. This means you always have the right clamping height for your workpieces, regardless of whether you are using a horizontal or vertical clamp.

Brief description

The adapter block adds height to your horizontal or vertical clamp: Simply screw the 50 × 50 mm aluminum block (12 mm high) onto the clamp’s round adapter plate to raise the clamping point by 12 mm. If you need more height, simply stack multiple blocks on top of each other—each one adds another 12 mm. The integrated screw connection ensures that each block is securely fastened.

The block is made of anodized aluminum, and its mounting holes are compatible with quick-release clamps from AMF, Bessey, Kipp, and others. This allows you to achieve the correct clamping height even for taller workpieces—for example, using the horizontal clamp or the vertical clamp with a round adapter plate.
