Clamping Kit 1 Vario Clamping Bolts, 28 mm diameter

This set includes eight Vario clamping bolts for welding tables with 28-mm holes—four with clamping lever for quick repositioning, and four with screws for high clamping force. This allows you to secure a workpiece at multiple points simultaneously, even for large or complex assemblies.

What sets it apart is the height adjustment: Using the laser-etched scale , you can adjust each bolt continuously to the workpiece height—the wide clamping range range from 0 to 75 mm accommodates even thick assemblies and stacked stops. The centering bolts and adjustment ring are made of phosphated steel, the clamping bolt black-oxide , and the handle levers are made of die-cast zinc—clamping technology designed for the rigors of everyday welding.

Here's how to use it

• Securing complex assemblies: Eight bolts distribute the clamping points across the grid—even in places where a clamp cannot reach the edge of the table.
• Multiple clamping positions in parallel: with eight bolts, two assemblies remain clamped at the same time—the second assembly, already clamped, is ready to be sewn.
• Read the height instead of guessing: the scale adjusts each bolt with consistent precision—all clamping points are at the same height, and the workpiece lies flat.
• Lever or screw: clamping lever (168 mm overall height) for fast cycling, screw (129 mm) where holding force matters.
